How to Order?
1. Turn off device before order
2. Place order with IMEI or Serial Number
3. After Succes Order.
4. Turn on device, full hard reset 4 or 5 times
5. Connect to good WiFi (not connect to hotspot).
6. Try Activate device 2-3 times.
Not Supported:
- Korea, China, Hong Kong, and JDM models are not supported
- Devices with KG (Locked, Active, Normal) status not supported
- MDM Lock IMEI's are not supported
How to make order for Refund/Verify for not done orders?
1. Place an order for the service Order Verify//Refund for Samsung FRP By IMEI (Work ID)
2. Wait for the order notification, if the order is in progress do not make FRP Unlock through another service, if you make FRP Unlock through another service then the Refund/Verify service will display that your device is unlocked and you will not receive a refund for this order
3. Once you receive that your order is Rejected and Refunded you can use another service to unlock your device.
No Refund Will Be Issued In the Following Cases:
IMEI Marked as Unlocked by the Server:
If the server returns a status of "FRP Unlocked", the service is considered completed—no refund will be issued, even if the FRP lock still appears on the device.
Duplicate Submissions to Multiple Services:
If the same IMEI is submitted to more Samsung FRP services, and all servers return “FRP Unlocked”, no refund will be processed.
Using USB FRP Services During Processing:
If you use a USB-based FRP removal service while our IMEI-based service is still in progress, and the server later replies with "FRP Unlocked", the order is considered fulfilled. No refund will be granted in this case.
